AI consulting for small businesses Small business.
Giant capability.

Little Giant Labs builds practical AI systems that help small businesses save time, organize knowledge, automate busywork, and operate with the confidence of a much larger team.

Not sure what you need yet? That’s okay. We help turn messy workflows, scattered information, and “there has to be a better way” moments into useful AI powered systems.

Who we are

We are power users, admins, and developers who love small business.

We’re admins, developers, and power users with a shared love for technology, AI, and the small businesses that keep communities moving.

We’ve spent years inside real businesses, not just talking about systems from the outside. We know what it feels like when customer notes live in five different places, the “process” is mostly memory, software tools do not talk to each other, and the person who knows how everything works is also the person answering the phones, sending invoices, managing staff, and putting out fires.

Little Giant Labs exists to make powerful technology feel less intimidating and more useful. We help small businesses build practical AI systems that save time, reduce repetitive work, organize business knowledge, and give small teams more room to think, serve, and grow.

We are excited about AI, but we are not here to sell magic. We are here to build tools that make sense, solve real problems, and help good businesses run even better.

Vision

The world where AI systems help small businesses run like the giants is here.

Mission

To help small businesses use AI in practical, trustworthy, and approachable ways by building automations, knowledge systems, and AI agents that support real work, real teams, and real customers.

Core values

Practical over flashy

We like impressive technology, but we love useful technology. If it does not solve a real problem, save time, reduce friction, or help your team work better, it is not the right solution.

Small business first

We build with small business realities in mind: limited time, limited budget, busy teams, changing priorities, and systems that need to be easy to use after handoff.

Clear communication

AI can get complicated quickly. We explain what we are building, why it matters, how it works, and what you can expect from it in plain language.

Build it right, then hand it over

Our goal is to create systems your business can actually own and use. When the project is complete, we hand over the technology and step away unless you choose to work with us again.

Curiosity with care

We are excited about what AI can do, but we are careful about how it gets implemented. Your business data, customer trust, and day to day operations matter.

Human service, smart systems

The best AI setup still needs thoughtful people behind it. We bring technical skill, patience, and genuine care to every project.

Little Giant Labs helps small businesses use AI to work smarter, move faster, and operate with the confidence of a much larger team. We build practical workflow automations, searchable knowledge bases, and AI agents that reduce busywork, organize business knowledge, and support the people doing the work. No hype, no mystery, no enterprise sized confusion. Just useful systems built for real small businesses.

What we build

Turn the places where time disappears into systems your team can use.

Every small business has places where time disappears: repeated tasks, scattered information, manual follow ups, confusing processes, and tools that almost work together. We help turn those pain points into practical AI powered systems your team can actually use.

01

Workflow Automation

Repetitive work adds up fast. We automate routine tasks like intake, follow ups, reminders, document handling, reporting, data entry, handoffs, and internal notifications. The goal is not to replace your team; it is to give them fewer clicks, fewer copy and paste chores, and fewer things to remember manually. We look at how work actually moves through your business, then build automations that support your existing process or improve it where needed.

02

Knowledge Base

Your business already has valuable knowledge. It may just be hiding in documents, emails, spreadsheets, SOPs, PDFs, chat threads, shared drives, or one very busy person’s brain. We organize that information into a searchable AI powered knowledge base, so your team can quickly find answers, reference policies, summarize documents, train new staff, and make better use of what your business already knows. It is like giving your company memory that is easier to access.

AI Agents

AI agents can handle more complex tasks than a simple chatbot or automation. We design agents that can follow instructions, use your business information, assist with internal questions, draft responses, summarize data, prepare documents, support customer workflows, or guide staff through repeatable processes. Each agent is built around a specific job, with clear boundaries and practical use cases, so it becomes a helpful assistant instead of a confusing experiment.

What this can look like in real life

Not every business needs the same AI setup. Some need a smarter intake process. Some need a searchable company brain. Some need help connecting tools that do not talk to each other. Some need an AI assistant that helps staff answer questions, prepare quotes, or find the right document.

  • Service businessAutomate quote requests, customer follow ups, and internal task handoffs.
  • Professional officeBuild a private knowledge base for policies, forms, client information, and repeatable processes.
  • Growing teamUse AI agents to help answer internal questions, summarize documents, draft emails, or support onboarding.
  • Owner operatedReduce the daily admin work that keeps the owner stuck in the weeds.

Our process

From “we need help” to “this actually works.”

We keep the process structured, collaborative, and easy to understand. You do not need to show up with a perfect technical plan. You just need to tell us where work feels slow, repetitive, scattered, or harder than it should be.

  1. 1

Intake Tell us what is going on.

We start with a detailed online intake form that helps us understand your business, your current tools, your workflows, your goals, and the problems you want to solve. This gives us a practical starting point before the first conversation.

  2. 2

Consultation We talk through the opportunity.

After reviewing your intake, we schedule a consultation to ask better questions, clarify priorities, and identify where AI or automation could make the biggest difference. We will also tell you if something is not a good fit.

  3. 3

Proposal You get a clear recommendation.

We prepare a proposal that outlines the recommended service, project scope, expected deliverables, and estimated cost. The goal is to make sure you know exactly what we are proposing before you commit.

  4. 4

Implementation Plan Once approved, we map the build.

After the proposal is accepted, we provide an implementation plan and completion timeline. This plan explains what we are building, what we need from you, key milestones, and how testing will work.

  5. 5

Build and Testing We build, test, and refine.

Your implementation includes a testing period where you can review outputs, provide feedback, and request changes before the final version is completed. This helps make sure the system fits your actual business, not just the idea of your business.

  6. 6

    Handoff The system becomes yours.

When the project is complete, we hand over the finished technology, documentation, and any agreed upon guidance. We do not keep access to your systems after handoff unless you choose to work with us again.

Your business stays yours.

We build the system, help you test it, and hand it over. After the project is complete, we do not retain access to your environment unless you explicitly choose to bring us back for future work.

Why AI for small business

The right AI system can pay you back in time, capacity, and confidence.

Small businesses do not need AI because it is trendy. They need it because time is limited, staff are busy, customer expectations keep rising, and the work behind the work can quietly eat the whole day.

The right AI system can help your business create ROI in several practical ways: fewer hours spent on repetitive tasks, faster customer follow up, smoother internal processes, better access to company knowledge, fewer dropped details, and more capacity without immediately adding headcount.

It can also help create new business. Faster responses, cleaner processes, better onboarding, smarter customer communication, and more consistent follow through all make your business feel more professional and easier to work with.

There is also a future proofing benefit. Customers notice when a business is organized, responsive, and technologically capable. Being tech savvy does not mean replacing the human touch. It means giving your team better tools so the human touch shows up faster, cleaner, and more consistently.

Save time where it disappears

Automate repetitive admin work, routine communication, document handling, task routing, and internal reminders.

Make business knowledge easier to use

Turn scattered information into a searchable resource your team can actually rely on.

Increase capacity without instant hiring

Give your team support for repeatable work so they can focus on judgment, service, sales, and operations.

Improve customer experience

Respond faster, follow up more consistently, and create smoother interactions from first contact to final delivery.

Look and operate more professionally

Strong systems make a small business feel more organized, capable, and trustworthy.

Stay ahead of slower competitors

AI adoption is becoming more common among small businesses, so the advantage is shifting from “having AI” to using it well.

84%plan to increase their use of technology platforms.1
GroundedWe focus on time saved and capacity gained, not overnight transformation.2

Bottom line. We do not promise magic numbers. We build practical systems designed to save time, reduce friction, improve follow through, and help your team do more of the work that actually grows the business.

Our advantage

Built for the way small businesses actually work.

There are plenty of people talking about AI. Our advantage is that we understand what it feels like to run, support, and improve technology inside real small businesses.

We have worked across different types of small businesses and seen the same patterns show up again and again: manual processes that used to be fine but no longer scale, tools that do not connect cleanly, important knowledge stuck in people’s heads, software that is underused, and business owners who know technology could help but do not have time to become AI specialists.

That experience helps us build better systems. We know how to ask practical questions, spot the real bottleneck, avoid overbuilding, and design tools that fit the people who will actually use them.

We also care a lot about the customer experience. Working with us should feel clear, collaborative, and respectful of your time. We want you to feel smarter and more confident about your technology by the end of the project, not dependent on us forever.

Small business experience

We understand tight budgets, busy teams, real world workflows, and the pressure to make technology worth it.

Technical depth

We are comfortable with tools, systems, data, automation, development, administration, and AI implementation.

Practical implementation

We focus on usable systems, not shiny demos that fall apart when the real work starts.

Efficient discovery

Because we know common small business pain points, we can get to the useful questions faster.

Customer care

We communicate clearly, build collaboratively, and treat your business like it matters because it does.

Learn about AI

The Little Giant AI Library.

AI should not feel like a locked room full of buzzwords. We are building a practical learning library for small business owners, managers, and curious power users who want to better understand what AI can do.

You will find plain language guides on AI tools, automations, agents, knowledge bases, prompts, data privacy, implementation planning, and how to decide whether a project is worth building.

Some businesses may use these resources to get started on their own, and we love that. Others may use them to become better collaborators when they are ready to build something more advanced. Either way, our goal is to make AI feel more useful, less mysterious, and easier to evaluate.

FAQ

Common questions, approachable answers.

Do I need to know exactly what AI tool I want?

No. Many customers start with a problem, not a tool. The intake and consultation help us understand your workflow and recommend the right kind of system.

Is this just ChatGPT setup?

Not usually. ChatGPT may be part of a solution, but our work is focused on practical business systems: automations, knowledge bases, AI agents, integrations, workflows, and handoff ready tools.

Will you need access to our business data?

It depends on the project. If access is needed, we define what is required, why it is needed, and how it will be used. We aim to keep access limited and purposeful.

Do you keep access after the project is complete?

No. Once the project is complete and the technology is handed off, we do not retain access unless you choose to work with us again.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

In many cases, yes. We start by learning what tools your business already depends on, then look for practical ways to improve or connect them.

What if AI is not the right solution?

Then we will say so. Sometimes a simpler automation, cleaner process, better documentation, or improved software setup is the better answer.

Ready to help your small business work a little more giant?

Whether you already know what you want to build or you just know your current process is taking too much time, we would love to hear from you. Start with our intake form, and we will help identify where AI, automation, or a better knowledge system could make the biggest difference for your business.
